My journey as a public adjuster started when a family member hired one for a water damage claim. At the time, I had no idea what a public adjuster did. However, with my lifelong background in construction, a degree in Construction Management, and strong business and negotiation skills, I knew I had the tools to help others in this field. I became a licensed public adjuster, and one of my first claims was reopening that family friend’s case—resulting in a six-figure payout beyond what they originally received.

 

That experience made me realize how much I love this work. It never feels like a job—every day is an opportunity to help people recover what they’re owed. Whether it’s a $10,000 or $10 million claim, I give every client the same care and attention.
